Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive our photos?

Your gallery will be ready within 4–6 weeks after your wedding day and 3–4 weeks for lifestyle or engagement sessions. You’ll receive a beautiful online gallery that you can easily download, share, and order prints from.

Can we add more hours or a second shooter?

Yes! You can upgrade your collection at any time up to one month before your wedding day. In my pricing guide, you will be able to view "à la carte" upgrade options to customize your package. If your timeline changes, I’ll help you adjust your coverage to make sure every moment that matters most is beautifully documented.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens - and I completely understand! Your 30% retainer officially reserves your date and is non-refundable, but it can be transferred once if you need to reschedule due to illness, weather, or an emergency (within six months of your original date).

If you need to cancel altogether, any payments beyond the retainer will be refunded. I always do my best to be flexible and work with you if something unexpected comes up!

Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! All of my sessions and wedding packages include a curated digital gallery of high-resolution, professionally edited images ready for download, printing, and sharing.

You can also order fine art prints and custom heirloom albums directly through your gallery for a seamless experience.

What happens if you’re sick or something unexpected happens?

I take your trust seriously. If an emergency or illness ever prevented me from being there, I have a trusted network of professional photographers I can call on to step in. I’d still handle all editing and delivery so your final gallery is consistent with my work.
