Inspired each day by ordinary things: the sunrise, the way light pours through the windows of our home, my photography is an expression of how I see the world, our little corner of it, and the beauty already flooding our everyday lives. We just have to pause long enough to notice.

I live in Lee's Summit, Missouri, where the sunset over the lake is the best part of every day, with my cutie husband, Robb. We're probably on the dock right now, him fishing, me reading. ;)

When I was gifted my first camera at twelve, I immediately began to observe and cherish moments that others might overlook - the gaze that lingers, the sacred quiet of new parenthood - moments that, to me, were art.
